Organic elderberries are a dark purple fruit that grow on the elder tree, and are commonly used in traditional medicine to support the immune system and relieve cold and flu symptoms. They are high in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber, and have a slightly tart and earthy taste. They make a delicious addition to your favorite tea or can be enjoyed by themselves.  

Instructions: Bring 8oz of spring water to a simmer.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of the herb/herbs. Turn off heat. Then cover and let sit for 33min

Suncharged: Add 1-2 TBSP of herb/herbs to 8oz of spring water then soak in sun for 6-8+ hours
